Writing our own stories can be a daunting task. It’s one of those things, like organizing old photos, that we  put off because it’s hard to know where to start.

In a black, hard-cover notebook, I have some family history written in my grandmother’s hand. Unfortunately, by the time she wrote it, her memory had started to fail. Nevertheless, those few pages are precious to me now.

My earliest memories include asking my parents about what life was like when they were young.  So I do have bits and pieces of stories, along with my grandmother’s notes, but I would give anything to know more about those who came before me. Did they feel the way I do now – even though times were so different? How did they cope with challenges, and what made them happy? What could they teach me now?

Whether your budget allows for a simple, nicely designed booklet, or a full-colour illustrated hardcover book, and/or a video, I can help you. Your story or the story of your loved one can be captured and preserved for future generations.
